Through our commitment to continuing education, INTERLOCKS provides advanced training by premier educators through top venues both national and international. With cutting-edge techniques and product trainings, as well as our salon and cosmetics Guest Artist events, our staff is well versed on the latest trends, styles and services in the beauty industry. Over the years, INTERLOCKS has created a group of professionals that work together as a team to share techniques, collaborate, inspire, and create an ideal salon and spa environment.
Salon Apprentice Program
Our Salon Apprentice Program to train and educate newly licensed stylists has resulted in 70% of our current stylist staff. Our two-year program molds young talent, and provides them with the guidance, education, and mentorship to hone their skills and develop a clientele prior to taking the floor. Master Stylists Alisson (Director of Salon Assistants) and Andrea (Director of Salon Education) create a curriculum of both traditional classes and hands-on experience, and tailor the coursework to each apprentice as necessary.
