We want relaxation with results: from facials to laser services to massage. Which brings us to this bit of exciting news: the brand new Salt Stone Massage!
This $26 add-on service offers some fantastic perks on top of the usual benefits of massage. Learn more from Licensed Massage Therapist Vanessa W. below!
Benefits of Salt Stone Massage
Salt Stones contain 84 natural minerals which help to maintain a healthy body. Benefits may include:
- A deep sense of relaxation
- Exfoliated, soothed skin
- Relief from anxiety
- Improved sleep
- Support of a healthy respiratory system
- Improved circulation
- Reduced signs of skin aging
Salt Stone Massage vs. Hot Stone Massage
The Salt Stone Massage is similar to a Hot Stone Massage, but uses Himalayan salt stones instead of basalt stones. While both stones alleviate pain and discomfort from muscles, the salt stones provide a deeper sense of health and healing both to the skin and muscles with their 84 natural minerals. A few other key differences:
Heating Technique: The salt stones are heated by a heating lamp instead of water, which ensures a consistent and long-lasting warmth to penetrate muscle soreness.
Cooling: The salt stones can be kept in the freezer and placed on the body, which can help alleviate pain and discomfort from edema, general swelling, and arthritis.
Exfoliation: The salt stones gently exfoliate the skin, leaving you feeling smoother and reducing signs of aging.
We’re happy to offer both Salt Stone Massage and Hot Stone Massage services to our clients, along with our other fantastic massages!

“I like being able to have the Salt Stones readily available to every client who is looking to improve their overall health and get a deeper sense of relaxation. Especially during these times where health is so important it’s nice to work with a stone that provides health benefits such as supporting a healthy respiratory system, and relieving anxieties and promoting better sleep.”
