Because of our commitment to continued education, six members of our spa team recently attended the “Skinny on Skin” Seminar presented by the Melanoma Foundation of New England. Physicians and healthcare practitioners from Baylor University and Harvard University created this seminar to help train estheticians as well as hair stylists on how to spot possible melanoma long before the patient might recognize it themselves. As some of the only professionals to closely examine skin on a regular basis, stylists, estheticians, and other skin professionals are in a unique position to spot melanoma long before anyone else and we wanted our team to be part of that group. Providing you with an added measure of skin screening and skin care makes us feel better and we hope it makes you feel better too. We’ve got you covered.
