Meet our Certified Lash Artists

More Information

The health of your lashes is our Certified Lash Artists’ #1 priority. Please use our guidelines to better maintain your Lash Extensions or Lash Lift to ensure maximum results. You may also schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation with one of our Lash Artists.

Prior to Your Appointment

Please arrive on time to ensure maximum application time. We schedule all lash fills based on time. If you are late, you will be charged for the full session you booked, but your service time may be shortened due to other clients scheduled. If you arrive too late for us to perform the fill service, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment (as part of our Cancellation Policy), and will be asked to reschedule.

  • Please arrive with your lashes fully cleansed and with no eye makeup.
  • It is advised to avoid caffeine before arriving, as your eyes must remain closed and still for the entirety of the service for proper lash application.
  • It is advised to avoid getting a spray-on tan before your appointment. Self-tanning products and lotions (not applied to the eye area) are permissable.
  • Inform your Lash Artist of any known allergies.

After Your Appointment

  • For the first 12-24 hours avoid any moisture and heavy eye makeup.
  • Use an appropriate lash cleanser daily to clean and exfoliate the space between extensions and eyelids.
  • Only use facial products and removers free of oils and glycols.
  • Refrain from playing with, touching, twisting or pulling out your extensions.
  • Avoid the use of a clamp eyelash curler.
  • Satin pillowcases are recommended.
  • Avoid any waterproof or long-wearing mascara.
  • Comb your lashes daily with the comb we provide.

Natural Lash Shedding Cycle

  • We all have a natural hair shedding cycle and lose 3-5 natural lashes daily.
  • There are 4 phases of hair growth: Anagen, Catagen, Telogen, Loss.
  • It is estimated that every third fill you will have a bigger shed of lashes, and we advise that you schedule a longer fill for every third visit.

Important Information

Sensitivities & Medications

Please alert your Lash Artist if you have an allergy to cyanoacrylate adhesive. We offer sensitive glue and are trained to trouble shoot sensitivities. Thyroid, hormones, menopause, high-dose antibiotics, and some other medications can affect lashes. These guidelines are provided as a courtesy and not as medical advice. Please consult your physician for best guidance.

Pregnancy

Pre-natal vitamins can make lashes more oily. Due to the products used in these services, please consult your physician for best guidance prior to your appointment.

Contacts

Removal is not required for Lash Extensions. However, wearers may prefer to remove their lenses since eyes must remain closed for the entire service. Removal IS required for Lash Tinting. Please consult your doctor for best guidance.

Frequency & Longevity

We select the proper weight and length. You do not have to take a break from lash extensions and you may even see an improvement in your natural lashes.

Lash Lift

You may experience some irritation, itching, or burning sensation to the skin and eye during application. If redness or irritation persists, consult your doctor.

Tinting

Tinting does not thicken or impact lash growth. You may experience some irritation, itching, or burning sensation to the skin and eye during application. If redness or irritation persists, consult your doctor. Staining of the skin can occur, but will fade shortly. Avoid wearing makeup for 12 hours after application.

Lash Lift FAQ

What is a lash lift?

A lash lift is like a perm for your lashes, shaping and lifting them so that they appear longer and curvier.

This is achieved by bending your lashes around a silicon rod and applying a lifting solution followed by a setting solution. Your lower lashes are protected by a cotton pad, and the solutions are rinsed away with water after a set amount of time. In about 60 minutes, you can have beautiful, curly lashes!

Is it safe?

Yes. Our aestheticians are highly trained, skilled, and place the utmost importance on safe and hygienic practices. Prior to your service, your aesthetician will explain the inherent risks of this or any cosmetic procedure, and make sure you aren’t experiencing any conditions that render you unable to receive services.

Why get a lash lift?

Curled lashes, especially combined with a lash tint, give the appearance of longer, fuller lashes — which frame your eyes beautifully! With a lift and tint, you can ditch the eyelash curler (and even the mascara) and wake up looking refreshed and ready to slay the day.

How long do the services take?

A lash lift + tint appointment is 60 minutes. Adding a brow tint will add 15 minutes.

How long does a lash lift last?

A lash lift will last 6-8 weeks depending on your hair growth. We all have a natural hair shedding cycle and lose 3-5 natural lashes daily, so you may notice straighter lashes growing back in before then. You can keep them looking neat by combing them gently and applying a coat or two of mascara.

For best results, we recommend limiting the lashes’ exposure to water, steam, or makeup for 24 hours after your service.

Lash lift vs. lash extensions?

Both are great options for an “I-woke-up-this-glamourous” look. Lash extensions can offer a more dramatic and customizable look, but they also require fills every 2-4 weeks. Lash lifts are relatively maintenance-free for 6-8 weeks, but can only enhance what lashes you already have. It all depends on your lifestyle and lash goals — book a complimentary consultation with one of our aestheticians to discuss both options in more detail.

Who cannot receive lash lift services?

If you are experiencing any of the following, we cannot provide a lash lift or tinting services.

  • Cuts or abrasions in the eye area
  • Watery eye
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Atopic Eczema or Dermatitis in brow or lash area
  • Psoriasis in brow or lash area

Contacts must be taken out prior to lash lift and tinting services. We recommend arriving to your appointment makeup-free, but aestheticians can cleanse your eye area for you beforehand.

Some may experience some irritation, itching, or burning sensation to the skin and eye during application. If redness or irritation persists, consult your doctor.

Lash + Brow Tinting FAQ

What is Lash + Brow Tinting?

It’s a safe, easy way to define your eyes and overall look (and even save a little time in the morning) by making eyebrows and eyelashes darker. Thinning or light-colored brows become more defined, grays are covered, and eyelashes appear longer and fuller without any cosmetic products.

For these semi-permanent hair darkening procedures, dye or tint specifically formulated for use on eyebrows and eyelashes is applied carefully by our licensed aestheticians with a small brush. Eye pads are placed underneath eyes, and lash tint is applied while eyes are closed. There are options for all hair colors, ranging from a natural filled-in look to more dramatic brows. A black tint is common for lashes regardless of hair color, but other options include light brown, natural brown, black-brown, and blue-black.

Is it safe?

Yes. Our estheticians are highly trained, skilled, and place the utmost importance on safe and hygienic practices. Prior to your service, your esthetician will explain the inherent risks of this or any cosmetic procedure, and make sure you aren’t experiencing any conditions that render you unable to receive services.

Why get Lash + Brow Tinting?

If you fill in your thinning, light-colored, or graying brows, brow tinting is a time-saving solution. Darkening your brows can also give you a new, bolder look. Or perhaps you’d like your eyelashes to appear fuller and longer without mascara or eyelash extensions. Lash + Brow Tinting is an easy, cost-effective, and quick way to enhance your natural look.

How long do the services take?

Brow tinting takes up to 15 minutes, and lash tinting on its own takes up to 30 minutes, but services can be done together in 30 minutes.

How long will the tinting last?

Color will last for 4-6 weeks, though it will fade over several weeks. We all have a natural hair shedding cycle and lose 3-5 natural lashes daily. Re-tinting is recommended every 3-4 weeks for best results.

Can I get lash tinting if I have eyelash extensions?

Yes. Lash tinting will darken the roots of your top lashes, as well the entirety of your lower lashes, for the appearance of bright, open eyes and even thicker and fuller eyelashes.

Who cannot receive tinting services?

If you are experiencing any of the following, we cannot provide Lash + Brow Tinting services.

  • Cuts or abrasions in the eye area
  • Watery eye
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Atopic Eczema or Dermatitis in brow or lash area
  • Psoriasis in brow or lash area

Contacts must be taken out prior to tinting services. We recommend arriving to your appointment makeup-free, but estheticians can cleanse your eye area for you beforehand.
