Meet Jordan
Jordan Becker, CEO and Creative Director of INTERLOCKS Salon, leads a 40-member team with creativity, strategy, and purpose. Shaped by her marketing background and upbringing in a family of beauty industry entrepreneurs, she brings a modern, systems-driven approach to leadership while honoring the salon’s rich legacy.
Under Jordan’s direction, INTERLOCKS has achieved remarkable growth, including the implementation of the EOS Worldwide management system, the development of a strong core Leadership Team, and the expansion of its education and travel programs. In 2025, the award-winning salon completed a transformative renovation of its 4,300-square-foot space and launched R+Color by R+Co, marking a new era of innovation and team empowerment.
Deeply committed to giving back to both her local and professional communities, Jordan is a two-time featured speaker at Salon Today’s Data-Driven Salon Summit (2024 and 2025), where she shares her expertise on leadership systems, culture, and organizational growth. She also serves as a speaker at the EmpowerHer Summit, inspiring local entrepreneurs through her insights on business evolution and family legacy.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jordan is a devoted mother and active community member, volunteering with local nonprofits. Her passion for excellence and commitment to uplifting others, within her team, her industry, and her community, position her as a dynamic force shaping the beauty industry’s future.
